Users’ Perspectives of Direct-to-Consumer Telemedicine Services: Survey Study
In 2023, Foo and colleagues [16] identified more than 20 DTC telemedicine services in Australia that offer these “targeted treatment pathways for a specific issue or condition,” including Moshy [17], which markets skin care and weight loss services to women, and Pilot [18], which provides a range of men-focused treatments for conditions including weight loss, hair and skin issues, and sexual health issues.
