We examined all contexts along the data pipeline, from population-level breast cancer screening to diagnostic biopsies and surgical treatments, clinical pathology, and specimen accessioning through the biobanking platform, where it may be stored for future use in –80 °C freezers or distributed fresh for next-generation biobanking applications such as patient-derived organoids, multi-omics, and high-throughput testing.

(C) and (D) Performance of training on BIDMC data and testing on MGH data. AUPRC: area under the precision-recall curve; AUROC: area under the receiver operating characteristic curve; BIDMC: Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center; MGH: Mass General Hospital; PR: precision-recall; ROC: receiver operating characteristic.
Logistic regression coefficients from using the model trained with notes, ICDa codes, and medications. Unexpected results are discussed in the Error Analysis section.

C-reactive protein is used as an indicator of inflammation and disease activity in TA. Treatment is based on immunosuppressive therapies, such as glucocorticoids, and biologic, such as methotrexate or tocilizumab. Therefore, we have chosen to focus our analysis on these treatments.
Finally, in the context of the immunosuppressive treatments proposed, patients are at greater risk of infection; therefore, vaccination, particularly against pneumococcal and influenza infections, is recommended.

A preceding c means that the determination was made by a clinical examination.
Characteristics of the urologist respondents (n=104; no data available for 12 urologists).
Only 7 patients attended an F2 FG, and all of them were from the pre–COVID-19 group. Thus, no patient in the COVID-19 group attended an F2 FG (7/308, 2.3% vs 0/379, 0%, respectively; P=.003). Most patients (471/687, 68.6%) reported having no interest in F2 FGs.

Category A includes countries with more than 1000 users, Category B with 500 to 999 users, Category C with 250 to 499 users, and Category D with 100 to 249 users. The analysis is visually supported by shaded background colors which represent different years: green for 2019, red for 2020, orange for 2021, and yellow for 2022. This color scheme provides a clear, visual distinction of changes in physical activity levels and user engagement per country over the studied period.

Participant identifiers beginning with “C” denote control arm participants, and those beginning with “I” indicate intervention arm participants in the results. We constructed three themes through our analysis: (1) making meaning of transitions in care; (2) perceptions and impact of the biopsychosocial transition intervention; and (3) considerations for future transition care, including the importance of tailored supports.
