There are studies in the literature evaluating the reliability and quality of You Tube videos for many diseases [5,6]. There are few studies evaluating CD-related You Tube videos [7,8]. However, one of these studies evaluated non-English language videos [8]. The other study did not measure CD-related You Tube videos with the tests developed for these studies and did not include videometric parameters (such as the number of likes and dislikes) in the evaluation [7].

We distributed the video of the dance we created to participants using You Tube. MET: metabolic equivalent of task. During the dance activity, METs were measured using a respiratory gas analyzer (pulmonary exercise load monitoring system: AE-310 S, Minato Medical Science Co, Ltd, Osaka city, Osaka, Japan). The average METs for each dance video were as follows: (1) 4.57, (2) 4.86, (3) 4.84, (4) 6.95, and (5) 7.11 METs.

One study found that 7% of participants surveyed used You Tube to aid their search on abortion safety [3]. There is no current research that evaluates the accuracy, quality, or level of misinformation of instructional videos available to patients.

The “About” page of the corresponding You Tube channel was consulted in the case of uploaders, whereas speakers were considered as those who appear or talk, or those whose words are conveyed in the video. As for Twitter, we used a randomizer [46] to extract 100 users with average retweets and likes, and checked their profiles.
