Among the 12 studies, 9 explored both the facilitators and barriers to implementing DHTs in hospital settings in LMICs since the onset of COVID-19 [36-40,43-45,47]. Two studies focused solely on facilitators [41,42], while 1 solely addressed barriers [46]. A total of 63 facilitators and 44 barriers were identified.

In this paper, we review the literature regarding existing alcohol interventions for sexual minority women (eg, lesbian, bisexual, and queer), discuss barriers and facilitators to interventions that support sexual minority women who wish to reduce their alcohol use, and describe 2 studies, one in Scotland and one in the United States, that aim to support the development of an intervention designed to reduce alcohol-related harms among sexual minority women.

A Digital Mental Health Solution to Improve Social, Emotional, and Learning Skills for Youth: Protocol for an Efficacy and Usability Study

Phase 1 of the STEMSEL project was dedicated to conducting a comprehensive needs assessment across the participating schools, shedding light on the barriers and facilitators for implementing the program. One prominent finding was the stark limitations in available mental health resources within the school environment. Many of the schools lacked dedicated mental health professionals, resulting in a significant shortage of support services for students grappling with emotional and psychological challenges.

Barriers and facilitators to virtual DMCAs were grouped according to 3 broad categories: the client’s side, technology, and assessor’s side. Refer to Table 2 for the text responses. We combined the answers to risks and barriers together and labeled these as barriers. We combined the answers to mitigants and facilitators together and labeled these as facilitators. The rationale for combining was that the answers were similar.
