This evaluation was approved by the Research Innovation and Quality Improvement board of Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust under reference number 6038. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants. All study data are anonymous, and HP scripts, although informed by DA and sexual assault survivors, did not contain any identifiable information. Involvement in this study was optional and voluntary, and there was no financial compensation for participants or researchers.

This future must balance innovation and Gen AI integration with established guidelines, integrity and safety guardrails, and equity. By presenting a nuanced perspective of the interplay between Gen AI and learning theories from both learner and instructor perspectives, this viewpoint intends to inform Gen AI integration that is inclusive, forward-thinking, and collaborative while not ignoring tangible Gen AI benefits for all stakeholders in the learning ecosystem.

While we recognize the importance of independence in driving innovation, we hope to see more Io MT platforms using common standards and best practices already available in the market. We further hope to see an increased engagement in interoperability initiatives such as FIWARE, IHE, and Open ICE.
We acknowledge the advantages of Io MT platforms capable of delivering personalized patient care and enhancing patient safety. However, we do not believe that technologies and standards are the only solutions.

A Cross-Disciplinary Analysis of the Complexities of Scaling Up eHealth Innovation
The first 3 themes were related to the chronological experiences of the respondents, enveloping the initial development and embedding of the innovation, the gradual adaptation of the innovation within the original setting, and the attempts to replicate the innovation in a new setting.
