This can be achieved with previsit tools that can enhance patient experience, patient engagement, and practice efficiency [12]. In response to this, the previsit tool Strokehälsa (“Strokehealth”) was developed based on the questions from the Post-Stroke Checklist [13]. The aim was to capture health problems and provide patients with information about common consequences after stroke and time to reflect [13].

Intervention 2: characteristics of 750 patients who kept at least 1 appointment and received Epic previsit questionnaires.
Intervention 2: responses to questions in 205 submitted Epic previsit questionnaires.
We received 140 responses from 198 patients, a response rate of 70.7%. Among these, 54 respondents did not recall completing the priorities questionnaire and exited the survey.
Among the 86 respondents who remembered completing the questionnaire, all identified themselves as patients (Table 4).
