Clinical Characteristics of Virologically Confirmed Respiratory Syncytial Virus in English Primary Care: Protocol for an Observational Study of Acute Respiratory Infection

Clinical Characteristics of Virologically Confirmed Respiratory Syncytial Virus in English Primary Care: Protocol for an Observational Study of Acute Respiratory Infection

The UK’s Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunization advised that an immunization program for RSV be established for older adults aged 75 years and older [17]. More precise contemporary data to estimate the incidence of RSV in the community and understand the clinical and economic burden of RSV infection in adults would assist in planning any new RSV vaccination program.

Understanding Membership in Alternative Health Social Media Groups and Its Association with COVID-19 and Influenza Vaccination: Web-Based Cross-Sectional Survey

As vaccination misinformation focuses on the side effects of vaccination [41-43], it is likely that misinformation on vaccination results in negative attitudes toward vaccination. So, members of alternative health groups are more likely to encounter false claims about vaccination than nonmembers and, in turn, more likely to have negative attitudes toward vaccination.

Google Trends Assessment of Keywords Related to Smoking and Smoking Cessation During the COVID-19 Pandemic in 4 European Countries: Retrospective Analysis

Among these major events, it was assumed that lockdowns, vaccination campaigns, and rising incidence would induce the greatest echo in Google Trends data [33]. SARS-CoV-2 Infection Risk by Vaccine Doses and Prior Infections Over 24 Months: ProHEpiC-19 Longitudinal Study

As the COVID-19 vaccination campaign progresses, it is important to understand the lasting effects of vaccination in preventing new infections or reinfection. Studies have shown protective effects of COVID-19 vaccination against severe disease and mortality, but they have not provided clear evidence of the lasting effects of vaccination in preventing new infections or reinfection as the campaign progresses [1-4].

Public Preference and Priorities for Including Vaccines in China’s National Immunization Program: Discrete Choice Experiment

Public Preference and Priorities for Including Vaccines in China’s National Immunization Program: Discrete Choice Experiment

Although DCEs have been commonly used to investigate public preferences for vaccination, less attention has been given to funding priorities among various vaccines. Luyten et al analyzed the preferences of the population in the United Kingdom [18] and Belgium [19] regarding the inclusion of new vaccines. However, it should be acknowledged that distinct national contexts may influence decision-making criteria valued by the public.
