A Web-Based Graphical Food Frequency Assessment System: Design, Development and Usability Metrics
The first stage of this project focused on the design and development of the Web-based FFQ, and a validation study is currently under way to compare the online FFQ with the current paper version of a Kuwaiti FFQ and a 4-day weighed food record.
This paper aims to make a contribution to the wider uptake of digital FFQs by describing the rationale, design, implementation, administration, and user feedback of a Web-based graphical food frequency assessment system.
