The responses to the items from the SUS questionnaire were converted numerically so the responses to each item ranged from 0 to 4. Then scores were summed and multiplied by 2.5 so that total scores ranged from 0 to 100.
We conducted statistical analyses to investigate the association between sociodemographic characteristics, levels of comfort with the internet and technology, and perceived usability of my Health E (Research Question 2).

The primary objective was to evaluate the usability of the SG Children Save Hearts among health care and IT professionals using the System Usability Scale (SUS) [5], a validated usability assessment tool.
The study protocol was approved by the ethics committee of the University of Marília, Brazil (CAAE: 57160121400005496). All participants signed an informed consent form.
We used a nonprobabilistic casual sample to include IT and health care professionals.

For this study, we modified the System Usability Scale (SUS; Multimedia Appendix 1) survey to assess the usability of VIADS. Brooke first proposed the SUS [20,21] in 1996, and it has been widely used to assess the usability of information systems for decades [22-25]. We modified the SUS by including open-ended questions that elaborate and clarify the Likert scale options.

DSR: design science research; SUS: System Usability Scale; UTAUT2: Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology version 2.
Based on the premises presented in the “Introduction” section, the project research objective was to devise a solution, that is, a 3 D environment software simulation, to support teaching activities in vaccination rooms.

Three usability metrics were used as the outcome measures to evaluate the usability of the NEVERMIND system:
System Usability Scale (SUS): patients completed the SUS at 4 weeks (interim) and 12 weeks (final) after using the NEVERMIND system. The SUS is one of the most frequently used usability measurements that covers the attributes learnability and satisfaction of the usability dimensions [12,16,17].

A Web-Based Graphical Food Frequency Assessment System: Design, Development and Usability Metrics
A modified version of the System Usability Scale (SUS) [32], originally defined by Brooke [33], was used to assess the user acceptance of the online FFQ. The SUS consists of 10 questions alternating between positive and negative statements, with 5 possible responses from “strongly disagree“ to “strongly agree.” The statements relate to a range of aspects of system use, such as complexity, ease-of-use, and learnability.
